Our chassis are constructed by EKS the leader in the
world in fabrication of high performance chassis. Our chassis is developed to our specifications keeping the CIK-FIA standards
of homologation and applying best practices. The craftsmanship can be seen in every aspect of the Steel Chrome Molly Alloy
chassis. We guarantee absolute control even if the chassis is not perfectly dialed in. There are other chassis in the market
that if the chassis is not precisely tunned the chassis does not perform well as opposed to ours that are more forgiving and
keep the performance at the best even when they are not perfectly tunned up. All 100cc Models come with 50mm axles and std.
equipment as shown on the table above. We do offer different models of the 100cc series karts the differences are accelerator
and brake pedals in machined aluminum, angled steering and high performance cooling. The axles that our chassis normally ship
are medium flexibility but they can be ordered with any of the 6 strength flexibility options.
AXLE RECOMENDATIONS: All
axles come in standard measure 50 mm x 1040x2. Shortening axle to 1000 mm the flexibility goes up per wheel tracking of aproximately
6%. This result is the same as using a softer compound tire. A softer axle permits a better turn entry, better fluency and
brake. A harder axle allows better grip, even tire ware and much more traction. The best choice when there are lots of rubber
on the track and high temperatures will be the softer axle. The opposite when there is no rubber and lower temperatures.
Inovation in our Front Braking system
operated by a right hand lever. The system is composed of austenitic stainless steel and calipers at 4 pistons of 22mm each
piston.
The system has a master
cylinder totally autonomous located right behind the steering wheel. It is fabricated with the best materials available all
machined in light aluminum. The lever is crafted to provide the best feeling and transmit strong feedback to the driver. The
system is very light on the driver avoiding extra fatigue.
